American Fidelity Assurance Company

Long-term disability benefits, underwritten by American Fidelity Assurance Company, allow employees to protect their income if a disability from a non-occupational injury or illness extends over a long period of time. The program can be offered as an employer-paid benefit or as a voluntary, employee-pay-all option. Benefits are paid monthly directly to the insured. Risk Analytics
