Scott Stubblefield of Billion Clinton Inc. is filling a void in the community left by the exit of Toys for Tots with his own toy drive, Scott for Tots. The dealership, along with other locations in Clinton, is accepting donations of toys, coats, hats, gloves, and boots for kids ages 1–14.
